Your cycle compass
How are you today?
Choose which phase you're in and how you feel. We suggest a herbal tea, something to eat, a movement and a small gesture for you.
Not sure? Count from the first day of your last period: days 1-5 menstrual, 6-13 pre-ovulatory, 14-16 ovulatory, 17 onwards premenstrual. It's only a guide: every cycle is unique.

Voices of the circle 1What others share about their cycle
“Today I feel tired and creative. I'd like to start creating and keep creating this project, planting seeds of love and light to recover love for myself and my being, and share it with others and with the world, so that we become light again and shine in love and harmony with nature and our true self.”
Your cycle speaks to you
Your cycle changes with sleep, stress, food, joys and sorrows. That's why many gynaecologists call it a vital sign, like your pulse or temperature. When you learn to listen to it, it tells you how you really are.
It's not about controlling it, but about getting to know it: noticing what each phase asks of you and giving yourself permission to live it your own way.
