Inspiration

Apps

To track your cycle while looking after your data.

  • drip. Free and open source, made by a feminist collective in Berlin. Your data stays on your phone. It follows the symptothermal method (temperature, cervical mucus, cervix): observing your body, as in natural gynaecology.
  • Euki. Free and available in English and Spanish, from a non-profit feminist organisation. It doesn't collect your personal data: everything is stored on your phone, with a PIN if you like.
  • Bluemoon. Open source, for Android. Your data doesn't leave your phone either.

And if you prefer paper: the lunar chart Miranda Gray suggests in Red Moon. A circle with the days of your cycle where you note how you feel, without screens and at your own pace.

Before choosing an app, check what it does with your data. Your cycle is very personal information.

A letter every cycle

Every cycle you get a letter: the date of the next circle, a seasonal recipe or infusion and an idea to go with your cycle. The letters are written in Spanish.

Sharing generously is one of our values: it is what makes us sisters.
