Caring for each other is also caring for ourselves.

Three small questions, with no right or wrong answers. At the end we suggest where to begin.

1 de 3What brings you here today?

What holds us

For centuries, women have gathered around the fire, at the river, in the kitchen. Recipes and remedies were passed on there; periods, births and grief were accompanied; and whoever needed it was cared for. That web of hands was our first medicine.

We believe self-care is completed in company. Caring for yourself and caring for each other are part of the same gesture: asking for help naturally, offering what you know, listening calmly.

Care is also social. Our wellbeing depends on the time we have, on work, on healthcare that listens to us and on the land we live on. That's why we want this care to be within everyone's reach, including those who have little: sharing knowledge, exchanging, weaving support close to home.

Here each of us brings what she has. We are all teachers and students at the same time.

Everyone's spiral

Each moon, a question. Leave your word and watch what we weave together grow.

This moon we ask you

What word is with you today?

Which phase are you in? (if you like)

We read every word before adding it to the spiral of us all. We don't ask for your email.

A letter every cycle

Every cycle you get a letter: the date of the next circle, a seasonal recipe or infusion and an idea to go with your cycle. The letters are written in Spanish.

Sharing generously is one of our values: it is what makes us sisters.
