Yoga and meditation
Gentle practices to move your body, breathe and listen to yourself in each phase of your cycle.
Move your body, breathe
Moving your body slowly and breathing calmly is also a way of caring for yourself. Here are some gentle YouTube practices we love, to do at home, on the mat or lying in bed. The videos are in Spanish, but they are easy to follow by watching.
Listen to your body: if something doesn't feel right, stop. Every cycle is unique, and these practices are an invitation, not a task.
And soon, perhaps, yoga classes for the cycle that you'll be able to book here. We'll let you know.

Between movement and stillness
Choose how much time you want to give yourself, sit comfortably and let the bowl open and close your pause.
There's nothing else to do: just breathe and listen to how your body is today.
Turn the volume up and keep the screen on. The bowl will sound once at the start and three times at the end.
